Devorbit launches Aqar: a bilingual real estate marketplace platform

Devorbit Aqar is a bilingual (Arabic RTL / English LTR) property marketplace you run under your own brand on your own server.

Highlights

  • Sale, annual/monthly/daily rent, commercial lease and investment listings across residential, commercial, industrial, land, hospitality and building types.
  • Advanced search (city, neighbourhood, price, area, price per m², rooms, amenities) with shareable URLs, saved searches and alerts.
  • Map search with clustering, draw-an-area and near-me, built on PostgreSQL + PostGIS — with a separate public location so hidden pins can't be located through spatial queries.
  • Moderation before publishing and document-based advertiser verification; verification badges only after a real review.
  • Advertiser dashboard and a full admin area: moderation, verification, reports, users, cities, versioned fees and plans, settings, audit log and system health.
  • Installable PWA with real Web Push.

Stack: .NET 10, Next.js 16, PostgreSQL 17 + PostGIS, Redis, S3-compatible storage, Docker Compose + Caddy.

Try the live demo at aqar-demo.devorbit.dev (view-only admin and an advertiser account, 80 fictional listings with labelled illustrations; limited performance). Licence: 5,000 SAR for one production installation.
